Nothing much happened in November except plenty of Open Houses - we had an average of 6-7 houses per weekend! Fatin was extremely happy attending the Open Houses as most offers her favourite dishes - beehoon soup (Azley's); mee kari (Hidayah's); laksa (Wolverain's) - to name a few. We also attended BNM's AG Family Day in Sunway Lagoon. Had a good time there as well! We even took fatin to watch Bee Movie at Cineleisure, Damansara. Boy, was she soo HAPPY!.November also marks the arrival of Fatin's baby cousin - Mohd Shafiq bin Elyas (hubby's baby bro's son).. that's when Fatin started calling herself KAK YONG! Better let the pics do the talking..

Fatin celebrated her 3rd birthday party at her nursery (like previous years before!). The theme this year is LION KING. We ordered a cake with Simba's face imprinted on it and we dressed Fatin in a Hunter's suit. The preparations for her birthday have been done months before.. so, we kinda start early and work on it little by little. Alhamdulillah.. the party was simple yet FUN for the kids!

Our trip to Penang Hill was my mom’s idea. She wanted to take Fatin there as she’d never been there & how excited she was to get to ride the train! We had to wait for a long-long time.. and the crowd was just crazy.. After 1 1/2 hours, we finally managed to get catch a ride up! The scenery was lovely.. the weather’s not too hot and quite breezy. One thing though, the food on top of the hill was extra expensive.. maybe they take into account the cost of transporting the goods up. Anyway, Fatin had a lot of fun there.. & she slept on the way down!

Our Aidilfitri celebration this year was merrier than previous years as our darling princess’s birthday falls on the 2nd day of Hari Raya. Even though we didn’t plan for any party in Penang (as arrangements have been made to have it in her nursery a week later!). We travelled a lot during the Hari Raya.. visiting relatives & long lost friends.. We even went to Penang Hill – but that’s in another thread.. to be updated SOON!

Hmm.. it's been a while since I last logged in here.. Been tied up with couple of things here & there.. the usuals.. Finally, I've got some free time at hand - managed to do little decoration to my room .. then decided to sit & update this page. So here's what we did over the past few weeks of October '07..

Firstly, the new facelift to out TAZ (the name we gave to our car!).. Steel bumper & side steps.. that costs us a month of hubby's salary!!! N'way, it's his money.. & it does make the car look better & stronger security-wise.. call it an investment! We had to sacrifice the first weekend in Oct to leave the car in the hands of the expert - luckily our Raya Shopping spree was done waaayy before.. during Mega Sales.. so, no rush to shopping mall anymore!

Then, the week after, hubby got this brilliant idea to go to PD to enjoy the newly renovated (his company's) resort & 'officiate' the new swimming pool.. Fatin's dream alright! Later, we had out berbuka puasa with fellow Kembarians - this is where my hubby gets to flaunt the car's new look! We had a BLAST!

Trip to Alamanda, Putrajaya - the first for Fatin & second time to us. Much to our surprise, the place has changed tremendously since we last visited and we were left in awe. Hehehe.. seems like we've found the next favourite hang-out to spend our weekends.. (since OU & MV are crazily packed during weekends/PHs).

Finally.. our much awaited family holiday retreat. Lama nyer tak jejak kaki ke Cameron Highlands. Last visit was when Fatin was 5 months old, now she's already 2 years plus. Banyak jugak changes, especially upgrading for places yang jadi tourists attraction like Sg Palas Tea Plantation and the Honey Bee Farm. As usual, tak complete our trip to Cameron Highlands if I don't get my hair cut done at River Unisex, Brinchang - my favourite hair stylist!!! She's great especially kalau nak layer kan rambut.. Hehehe sempat promo lagi.. Anyway.. Cameron Highland's still my favourite place to be!!!

As for Fatin.. memang happy sesangat ler .. siap time nak balik, leh wish goodbye to 'rumah holiday'... hehehe..

Sunday Drive to Pengkalan Balak, Melaka was organized by Mr ADH for members of www.kembara.net. The venue was Ismah Chalet where we had great time BBQ-ing and the guys had soooo much fun fishing, kite-flying, lepak2 & goofing around..

On the way back to KL, we managed to drop-by Pantai Klebang where Fatin got her chance to ride a pony @ RM5 only! Penat mama dia terkejar2 jadi camerawoman hehehe... Then after ronda2 Bandar Melaka, we all singgah ke Zoo Melaka. Nasib baik sempat tengok animal show coz after that hujan lebat & Fatin pun dah tertidur kat Auditorium hehehe...

Living in KL.. it would be a lost if we don't try to experience train ride. So, we took Fatin on her first "Train Adventure".. from KL Sentral to Bukit Bintang then to KLCC - so we get to ride Putra LRT & Monorail. It was indeed an enjoyable trip as Fatin was so excited with the view especially when we want to get to KLCC via tunnel. Once arrived in KLCC, Fatin took a quick nap before we stop by at Avenue-K to check out its latest ToysR Us store.. Then we head back to KL Sentral where we parked our car..
